# Record Interview Results

The interview form is generated for every employee that is selected as an applicant interviewer. To view or fill in the interview results, click **My Recruiting** > **My Candidates**. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c315c68d-2799-4fcc-9a39-084315b58f14/Images/Documentation/img410(3).png)

To access the interview form, click the **Interview Form** button in the interview description in the **Interviews** section of the page or select the necessary interview from the **Interviews** drop-down list in the Interviews column of the **Candidates** section.
