# Open the Form

Go to **My Team Performance > Performance Reviews** > **Performance Reviews** to access your team members' performance review forms. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c315c68d-2799-4fcc-9a39-084315b58f14/Images/Documentation/img1134.png)

Managers can see the review forms are grouped into the following tabs:

- **Require My Action** - Reviews currently assigned to the manager. Click Fill in to [fill in](/v1/docs/fill-in-performance-review-form-2) the form.
- **My Reviews** - All of the manager's own reviews, both previously completed and currently active. Click View to view a filled in form.
- **My Team Reviews** – All the reviews of the team members, both current and historical. Click View to view a filled in form for a member of your team.
