# Review Employee Performance

A performance review round is initiated by the HR team. The review process usually consists of several steps, such as employee’s self-evaluation, manager providing feedback and so on. Each step has its responsible. The performance review form will be re-assigned from one responsible to another. When the form is assigned to you, you will get a mail notification with a link to follow to fill in the form.
