# Roles and Permissions

**Roles and Permissions** section of the settings serves for [managing Local HRs](/v1/docs/managing-local-hrs), [creating and configuring custom roles](/v1/docs/setting-up-custom-lanteria-hr-roles) and [configuring permissions](/v1/docs/permissions-editor) for accessing pages in the system.

Go to **Settings** > **Settings and Configuration** > **System Settings** > **Roles and Permissions** to access it.
