Salary Plan (Budgeting) in the Local HR Role

Local HRs can budget salary for organization units they are responsible for, which is defined by Local HR settings. Local HR can plan the salary and bonuses for each position in their team.

To plan salary budget of your team, in the Local HR role, go to LHR Compensation > Salary Sheet > Salary Sheet > Salary Plan, and then follow the same steps as in the HR role.
