Lanteria HR allows planning the salary budget for the organizational unit and each position within the organizational unit. Once salary budget for positions is planned, salaries for specific employees occupying these positions are specified and the various adjustments and remunerations are added. After this process is finished, you can compare the budgeted and actual amounts.
