# Seniority Report (Length of Employment)

The **Seniority** report, also referred to as **Length of Employment Report**, shows the distribution of employees' seniority by 6-months intervals.

To run the report, go to **Reports** > **Report Center** > **Core HR** > **Length of Employment**.

Click on the number in the **Staff** column to open the **Employee Dates** report on all the employees whose seniority falls into this particular period.

Use **Additional Filter** to view the information on specific countries, companies, org units, etc.
