You can choose to display the candidate's ID next to the candidate's name in Candidate Tracking.
To achieve this, select the Show Candidate ID check box on the Advanced tab of the Candidate Tracking settings (Settings > Settings and Configuration > Recruiting) and click Apply Changes for the changes to take effect..png)
