# Show Candidate ID

You can choose to display the candidate's ID next to the candidate's name in Candidate Tracking.

To achieve this, select the **Show Candidate ID** check box on the **Advanced** tab of the Candidate Tracking settings (**Settings > Settings and Configuration > Recruiting**) and click **Apply Changes** for the changes to take effect. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c315c68d-2799-4fcc-9a39-084315b58f14/Images/Documentation/img202(2).png)
