# System Usage Dashboard

**The System Usage dashboard provides statistics of Lanteria HR usage based on tracking of various activities performed by users. Tracked activities include not only changes that users make in the system, but also passive opening of pages.**

*Note**Data in the **System Usage** dashboard is updated by the **Dashboards** job that is run overnight. To run the job manually, locate it under **Settings** > **Settings and Configuration** > **System Settings** > **System Jobs** and click **Run Now**.*

This dashboard displays the following statistics:

- Usage by modules - Displays the statistics of Lanteria HR usage by module. You can see the number of hits for each application area (how many times a page in a certain area was opened). You can point to a graph to see %. Information can be filtered by year if necessary.
- Usage by roles - Displays the statistics of Lanteria HR usage by user role. You can point to a graph to see %. Information can be filtered by year if necessary.

- Modules by Roles - Displays the statistics of Lanteria HR usage by user role. You can see the number of hits for each application area (how many times a page in a certain area was opened) per user role. Information can be filtered by year if necessary.
- Top Users - Displays which users were most active. You can filter the graph to see top 10, to 25, or top 50 most active users. If the number of users portrayed by horizontal bars exceeds 10, you can drag the chart upwards to scroll for more records.
- Top Pages by Roles - Displays pages were opened or modified most. You can filter the graph to see top 10, to 25, or top 50 most used pages.

Click the ![HighContrastModeDisabled(1)](https://cdn.document360.io/c315c68d-2799-4fcc-9a39-084315b58f14/Images/Documentation/HighContrastModeDisabled(1).png) icon to enable or the ![HighContrastModeEnabled(1)](https://cdn.document360.io/c315c68d-2799-4fcc-9a39-084315b58f14/Images/Documentation/HighContrastModeEnabled(1).png) icon to disable the high contrast mode, which may be helpful for people with disabilities.
