# Talent Management

Lanteria HR allows maintaining information about the key employees (roles) in the company and [planning successors](/v1/docs/plan-successors) for such roles. The high performers will form [talent pools](/v1/docs/talent-pools) for certain job roles. When [planning succession](/v1/docs/define-job-roles-requiring-succession) for the key job roles, you can select successors from the talent pool members.
