# Talenteria Integration

Lanteria HR is integrated with [Talenteria](https://www.talenteria.com/), a new generation career site builder and recruitment marketing platform from the team that brought you Lanteria HR. This integration allows you to send job openings from Lanteria HR to Talenteria and retrieve candidates that apply for the job on career sites created in Talenteria to Lanteria HR.

To use this integration, you need to [configure a job publishing option](/v1/docs/job-opening-publishing-options) with the **Talenteria** type, and then use this job publishing option when you are [creating a job opening](/v1/docs/create-and-publish-job-opening). The integration must also be enabled and [configured](https://help.talenteria.com/docs/integration-with-lanteria-hr) on the Talenteria side.
