Training Budgets

Lanteria HR allows tracking costs spent for the employee learning. HR users can set up rules according to which the budgets for learning are assigned to employees. When the employees are assigned to the paid learning activities, the training cost is extracted from the budget. The balance is available from the Training Budget Report or from the employee card.
