# Training Budgets

Lanteria HR allows tracking costs spent for the employee learning. HR users can [set up rules](/v1/docs/budget-allocation) according to which the budgets for learning are assigned to employees. When the employees are assigned to the paid learning activities, the training cost is extracted from the budget.
