View 360 Feedback Evaluation Results in the Local HR Role

After the assessment participants complete the forms, you will be able to see the result from the Local HR role by clicking LHR Performance > 360 Feedback > Feedback Forms, and then clicking Result Report. next to the employee's name. To see the evaluation results for the whole review round, go to LHR Performance > 360 Feedback and click Report Result next to the 360 Feedback review round name.

The report may include statistics for predefined reviewer groups (managers, peers, subordinates), custom 360 Feedback reviewer groups, and self-estimation. The reviewer groups will vary in each report, depending on which reviewer groups were selected for the review round.
