# View 360 Feedback Evaluation Results in the Local HR Role

After the assessment participants complete the forms, you will be able to see the result from the Local HR role by clicking LHR **Performance** > **360 Feedback** > Feedback Forms, and then clicking Result **Report** next to the employee's name. To see the evaluation results for the whole review round, go to LHR **Performance** > **360 Feedback** and click Report Result next to the 360 Feedback review round name.

The report may include statistics for predefined reviewer groups (managers, peers, subordinates), custom 360 Feedback reviewer groups, and self-estimation. *Note**The overall rating for the **Competencies** section is stored in the **Overall Score** field of the **360 Feedbacks** list. The score is updated each time after an assessor submits feedback. Use the field for creating custom reports or views.*
