View Performance Trends

To view the performance trend chart, go to Reports > Report Center > Performance > Performance Trend Chart.

Select the type of performance review to display the trends for from the drop-down list in the Type field.

Use the Start Date and End Date fields to define the time period to display the trends for. To be shown on the chart, a performance review must have the performance review period end date within the selected date range. 

The Performance Trend Chart is based on the Summary Rating of the performance review. Consequently, if a performance doesn't have any summary ratings, it won't be displayed on the chart.
