# Work with Approval Requests in the Employee role

Some company processes, for example, promotion or rotation, can require approval. You can [request approval](/v1/docs/create-approval-request-in-the-employee-role), view the feedback for the approval requests initiated by you and [process](/v1/docs/process-approval-request-in-the-employee-role) the approval requests requiring your action from **My Details** > **My Approval Requests** or **Tasks Requiring My Action**.
