ZIP Recruiter Integration

Lanteria HR is integrated with ZipRecruiter. ZipRecruiter is an American employment marketplace for job seekers and employers.

When this integration is configured, ZipRecruiter becomes one of the job publishing options in Lanteria HR. Job Openings that you publish from Lanteria HR with the ZipRecruiter job publishing option are first published on a Candidate Self-Service site, specified in the settings for the ZipRecruiter job publishing option. This Candidate Self-Service site serves as a link between Lanteria HR and ZipRecruiter. Once a day, the LHR - ZipRecruiter Integration job verifies whether there are applicable open and approved job openings with the ZipRecruiter publishing option and sends these job openings to ZipRecruiter where they can be managed and published on the popular ZipRecruiter site. The system job also deletes job openings on the ZipRecruiter site if their publishing period is expired. Additionally, if a published job opening has not been synchronized for more than 5 days (for example, if you clear the ZipRecruiter integration settings in Lanteria HR because you no longer use the integration), such a job opening will also be removed from ZipRecruiter.

When a candidate applies for a job opening on the ZipRecruiter site that originates from Lanteria HR, data about this candidate will be sent to Lanteria HR during the next synchronization, and this candidate will be created on Lanteria HR and linked to the corresponding job opening.

To use integration with ZipRecruiter, you need to:

• Have a ZipRecruiter account where job openings, received from Lanteria HR, will be managed. ZipRecruiter is free for job seekers, but it charges employers for posting job ads depending on the number of job ads they post, the number of users they need, and other features they may want access to. With the out-of-the box integration, you can post job openings for free on ZipRecruiter's board and mobile board. For other ZipRecruiter's premium options, contact ZipRecruiter and sign an additional agreement with them. Note that for premium options, you don't need to do anything In Lanteria HR for the integration to work.
• Configure and enable the ZipRecruiter job publishing option. Note that you will also need a Candidate Self-Service site where job openings are initially published and which will be used as a link between Lanteria HR and ZipRecruiter.
• Ensure that the LHR - Zip Recruiter Integration job is enabled.
• Create and publish job openings with the ZipRecruiter publishing option.
