New Development Activity
The following email notification will be sent to employee and HR whenever a new development activity is assigned to employee (automatically, when an employee has joined the company or has been assigned to a new job, or manually).

Note
The notification is based on the Reminder Rules (Settings > Settings and Configuration > General > Notifications and Reminders).
Mandatory Course Expiration
The 6 months before the required development activity expires, a notification about this will be sent to employee and manager. The notification will be repeated each month until the training is completed. During the last month before expiration and 3 months after it, the notification will be sent each week.

Note
The notifications are based on the two custom notification types: SH Development Activity (for notifications for the course that is about to expire) and SH Expired Development Activity (for notifications for the course that has already expired). The notifications are sent out by the SHG - Development Activity Notification system job.
