Candidate Self-Service

The Lanteria HR Recruiting module can be synchronized with candidate self-service, if it is available on your company web site. Lanteria HR implementation team creates application form based on your requirements and it is incorporated into the company site.

When a job opening is created in the Lanteria HR Recruiting module, it can be published to the company web site. The potential candidates apply through the application form. They are automatically registered in the Candidate Database and assigned as applicants to the job opening in Lanteria HR.

The mail communication, job offers and interviews being conducted and scheduled through Lanteria HR can be synchronized to the candidate’s personal profile.
