Integration with SEEK

The Recruiting module of Lanteria HR is integrated with SEEK employer site. This integration enables Lanteria HR users to publish job openings on the SEEK employer site, from which this job opening can be posted on the Australia's no. 1 jobs, employment, career and recruitment site: https://www.seek.com.au/

If integration with SEEK is configured in Lanteria HR, the HR or recruiting manager that creates a job opening has an option to publish it on the SEEK employer site, assigned to your SEEK employer site account. To be able to utilize this integration, you must have a SEEK employer site account.

Registration of candidates who apply from SEEK

When a candidate applies for a job opening that was published on SEEK from Lanteria HR, the candidate registration workflow is as follows:

  1. A candidate clicks Apply on a job opening published on SEEK from Lanteria HR to apply for the job.
    If the candidate is not signed in to SEEK yet, he or she is redirected to the SEEK login page.
  2. The candidate signs in to Seek in the window that opens if the candidate is not signed in already. Otherwise, this step is skipped. The candidate can create a new profile if necessary.
  3. In the window that opens, the candidate agrees to give permissions for Lanteria HR to use SEEK's user data.
    The candidate is redirected to the Candidate Self-Service site with opened application form that already contains user data taken from user's SEEK profile. A new Candidate Self-Service profile is automatically created unless a user with the same email already exists.
    The application form on the Candidate Self-Service site takes information from the following SEEK user profile fields if data is available:

  4. The candidate completes the application form to complete the job application process. As a result, the candidate is registered in the linked Lanteria HR.
    Note: To have the candidate resume automatically taken from SEEK and attached to the application form, you should have a document section in the CaSS application form configuration.json with document type = "Resume". Set the allowed extensions to Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx), Adobe PDF (.pdf), or text file (.txt or .rtf); these are the only formats allowed in SEEK.
