Career Paths

The career path is a selection of job roles available as potential promotions and rotations from the employee's current job role. Each employee can view his or her career path to decide how to move forward.

To view your career path, go to My Performance > My Career Path. 

For each career path job role, the employee can:

• Job description by clicking Job Description under the job role. You can export the job description and save it in the PDF format. 
• Run the Competency Analysis report to compare your competencies to the competencies required by the job role you are interested in.
