Competency Search

This section explains how to find an employee with the required competencies and how to obtain the analytical information on the employee competencies.
Use Competency Search to find an employee with specific competencies, certificates, education level or training.
Go to Performance > Competence > Competency Search.
Select the competencies you are looking for along with their levels, certificate type, education level and training, and then click Search to find the employees who meet the specified criteria.
Click the Competencies link in the table to view the full list of the employee's competencies.
Click the Trainings link in the table to view the employee's trainings.
You can also search for employees by required skills.
