Dev Activity Automatic Due Date Assignment

When a new employee is created or assigned to another job, the mandatory training is automatically assigned. In this case and also in case of manual training assignment, the due date will be automatically set as 3 months after the employment date or job assignment date. If there is none of these dates, the course assignment date + 3 months will be set as a due date. The due date will be displayed in the Personal Development Plan.
