ADP Integration Workflow

Integration of Lanteria HR with ADP Workforce Now allows you to retrieve employee data (employees are referred to workers on the ADP side) and use this data to update existing or create new employees in Lanteria HR. The following image illustrates this process.

Workflow Description

1. The ADP Customer updates or creates a worker (employee) in ADP Workforce Now. It is assumed that all integration requirements are met, and the customer has already purchased the Lanteria HR Data Connector, which is required to retrieve data from ADP Workforce Now into Lanteria HR.
2. Lanteria HR Administrator configures the integration settings where the administrator specifies the client ID and client secret GUIDs (both are automatically generated upon purchasing any edition of the Lanteria HR or Data Connector separately on the ADP marketplace), ADP service URL, and configures field mapping if necessary.
3. Lanteria HR Administrator enables the LHR - ADP integration job and configures its run schedule. The job can be run manually if need be.
4. The LHR - ADP integration job is run in accordance with its schedule or manually.
5. The LHR - ADP integration job retrieves employee data from ADP Workforce Now in the JSON format with the help of the Lanteria HR Data Connector and uses this data to update or create employees in Lanteria HR.
