Assign Skills to Candidate

Follow these steps to assign skills to a candidate:

  1. Go to Recruiting > Candidates.
  2. Find the candidate and click his/her name to open the candidate's card.
  3. Click Skills on the Details tab to open the list of skills and attributes.
  4. Click the Add/Edit button.
  5. Select the check boxes next to the necessary skills and attributes that you want to assign to the candidate or clear the check box to unassign the skill or attribute.
    Availability of skills for assigning depends on the configuration of person attributes (skills) and person attribute categories (skill groups) in the Core HR settings.
  6. Click Save.

This allows searching for a candidate for a particular job opening by skills and attributes.
