You can establish a set of skills and personal attributes that will be assigned individually (open the employee card and click Enhanced Details > Skills).

Skills are used, for example, for searching employees for project teams, candidates with a specific skill set for a position, etc.

Person Attribute Categories

Skills and attributes can be grouped in categories to simplify working with them.

Follow these steps to establish person attribute categories:

  1. Go to Settings > Settings and Configuration > Core HR.
  2. Click Employee Database in the left panel and click Edit next to the Person Attribute Categories setting name on the Advanced tab.
  3. The Person Attribute Categories list will open in spreadsheet view where you can directly edit the information you need.
  4. Enter the category name into the Title column.
