You can establish a set of skills and personal attributes that will be assigned individually (open the employee card and click Enhanced Details > Skills).
Skills are used, for example, for searching employees for project teams, candidates with a specific skill set for a position, etc.
Person Attribute Categories
Skills and attributes can be grouped in categories to simplify working with them.
Follow these steps to establish person attribute categories:
- Go to Settings > Settings and Configuration > Core HR.
- Click Employee Database in the left panel and click Edit next to the Person Attribute Categories setting name on the Advanced tab.
- The Person Attribute Categories list will open in spreadsheet view where you can directly edit the information you need.
- Enter the category name into the Title column.
