    When rejecting a candidate, the rejection reason can be specified. Set up the list of rejection (status) reasons to choose from when rejecting a candidate. The Status Reason field is displayed after choosing Rejected in Set Candidate Status.

    Follow these steps to create candidate status reasons:

    1. Go to Settings > Settings and Configuration > Recruiting.
    2. Click Candidate Tracking in the left panel and click Edit next to the Candidate Status Reasons setting name on the Basic tab.
    3. The Rejection Reasons list will open in spreadsheet view where you can directly edit the information you need.
    4. Enter the status reason name into the Title column.
