When rejecting a candidate, the rejection reason can be specified. Set up the list of rejection (status) reasons to choose from when rejecting a candidate. The Status Reason field is displayed after choosing Rejected in Set Candidate Status.
Follow these steps to create candidate status reasons:
- Go to Settings > Settings and Configuration > Recruiting.
- Click Candidate Tracking in the left panel and click Edit next to the Candidate Status Reasons setting name on the Basic tab.

- The Rejection Reasons list will open in spreadsheet view where you can directly edit the information you need.

- Enter the status reason name into the Title column.
