Competency Criteria Types

Before setting up the competency assessment criteria, define the criteria types:

1. Go to Settings > Settings and Configuration > Performance.
2. Click Competencies in the left panel and click Edit next to the Competency Level Descriptions setting name on the Advanced tab.
3. The Competency Criteria Types list will open in spreadsheet view where you can directly edit the information you need.
4. Enter the name of the criteria type into the Competency Criteria Type column.

When creating a criterion, you’ll specify which type it belongs to.
