Create a list of internal company trainers who conduct the training that you set up and schedule through the Learning Catalog. When scheduling the training, you will be able to select a trainer and view his/her availability.

Follow these steps to set up the internal trainers list:

  1. Go to Settings > Settings and Configuration > Learning.
  2. Click Classroom Training in the left panel and click Edit next to the Trainers setting name on the Basic tab. 
  3. The Internal Trainers list will open in spreadsheet view where you can directly edit the information you need.
  4. Enter the trainer's name as it will appear in the trainer list into the Title column. When selecting an internal trainer for a training event, the user will see only the trainer's title. The title will be also displayed in the Training Schedule.
  5. Select the actual name of the employee to be included  into the trainer list from the drop-down list in the Employee column.
Note

Being listed as an internal trainer does not allow the employee to manage the training event attendees list or training events. To do that the employee has to have a HR, Training Manager or Local Training Manager role.

If an employee selected as internal trainer doesn't have an email specified in the employee card, data from such employee's calendar won't be displayed in the Scheduling Assistant.
