Manage Employee Goals in the Local HR Role

In the Local HR role, you can view personal goals and their progress for employees within your responsibility, which is configured in Local HR settings.

To view employees goals in the Local HR role

1. In the Local HR role, go to LHR Performance > Goals > Employee Objectives.
2. Set filters, and then select View.
3. Select View next to an employee to view employee's goals (along with org unit and company goals).
4. Select Assign Qualitative Goal to assign a qualitative goal (a goal that is not measured by the quantitative indicators)or select Assign Quantitative Goal to assign a quantitative goal (goals of this type are measured by manager’s observation without any statistics or metrics to pull from) to the employee.
