Open the Form

Go to My Team Performance > Performance Reviews > Performance Reviews to access your team members' performance review forms. 

Managers can see the review forms are grouped into the following tabs:

• Require My Action - Reviews currently assigned to the manager. Click Fill in to fill in the form.
• My Reviews - All of the manager's own reviews, both previously completed and currently active. Click View to view a filled in form.
• My Team Reviews – All the reviews of the team members, both current and historical. Click View to view a filled in form for a member of your team.
