Enabling access to the Employee Documents library

For managers or employees to be able to view behavioral assessment reports of Lanteria HR employees, retrieved by the LHR - Predictive Index Integration job, access to the corresponding library must be allowed. HRs will always be able to view behavioral assessment reports in employee documents. This does not affect behavioral assessment reports of candidates, which can be viewed either by HR or the manager that is a vacancy requester.

  • For managers to be able to see behavioral assessment reports, the Manager Access setting must be set to Yes in the library settings of the Employee Documents and Candidate Documents libraries in the site contents. To enable manager access, go to Settings > Site Lists and Libraries, search and open the Employee Documents library, go to Library tab > Library Settings, locate and select Manager Access, and then set Default value to Yes. Select OK to save the changes.
  • For employees, to be able to see behavioral assessment reports, the Employee Access setting must be set to Yes in the library settings of the Employee Documents and Candidate Documents libraries in the site contents. To enable employee access, go to Settings > Site Lists and Libraries, search and open the Employee Documents library, go to Library tab > Library Settings, locate and select Employee Access, and then set Default value to Yes. Select OK to save the changes.
Note
Candidate will not be able to see their behavioral assessment reports, because candidates are not registered as employees yet. However, if a candidate is hired, as an employee they will be able to access the report (if employee access is allowed).
