Some company processes, for example, promotion or rotation, can require approval. You can request approval, view the feedback for the approval requests initiated by you and process the approval requests requiring your action from My Details > My Approval Requests or Tasks Requiring My Action. Also, the notification about pending requests will be displayed in the upper right corner of the main menu.
