Competency Importance

The competencies' relative importance can be defined when assigning competencies to the job roles. Please note that the competency importance is specified for the information purposes only and doesn't influence any calculations.

Follow these steps to define the competency importance scale:

1. Go to Settings > Settings and Configuration > Performance.
2. Click Competencies in the left panel and locate the Competency Importance setting name on the Advanced tab.
3. List the levels to be used for evaluating the competency importance for the job roles. Use any convenient format for the levels. Each level must start from a new line.
