Use the HR HelpDesk menu to facilitate your cooperation with HR. Any questions or requests can be sent to the HR team through the helpdesk. You can create, monitor and process requests requiring your action under My Details > HR HelpDesk. The page is split into the two parts:
- Require My Action – requests that are assigned to you for processing
- My Requests – requests created by you
