Article Summary

Describe the job responsibilities for each job role and have them included into the job profile of each role.

Follow these steps to set up job responsibilities for each of the job roles in the system:

  1. Go to Settings > Settings and Configuration > Core HR.
  2. Click Org Structure in the left panel and click Edit next to the Job Responsibilities setting name on the Advanced tab.

  3. The Job Responsibilities list will open in spreadsheet view where you can directly edit the information you need.

  4. Select the job role from the drop-down list in the Job Role column.
  5. Enter the name for the job responsibility into the Job Responsibility column.
  6. Enter a detailed description of the job responsibility into the Description column.
