Employee Data Anonymization

Use the Employee Data Anonymization setting, (Settings > Settings and Configuration > Core HR, then click Employee Database and the Advanced tab) to define the Employees list fields data from which will be removed during the data anonymization. List the internal field names separated with a semicolon.
After HR clicks Data Anonymization in the employee card, the data from the selected fields for the employee being anonymized will be permanently deleted from the system.
The employee references that are not connected with the Employees list directly (through lookup) will also be anonymized. For example, in the Absence Allowances list, the record title is generated automatically based on the employee name. In cases like this, the employee name will be changed to Anonymized ID. This concerns the following lists:
- Performance Review
- 360 Feedback
- HR Processes
- Absence Allowances
