After the HR role is selected, the landing page displays HR Dashboard. It offers an overview of the pending tasks and most frequently-accessed information. The Dashboard tasks and reports are split into the following sections:

When data the dashboard charts are based on is modified in Lanteria HR, some dashboards are updated in the runtime, and others - overnight by the Dashboards job. The following dashboards are updated by the job: Company Overview, Absences, Performance, Learning and Compensation. To update the dashboard data right after making the changes, you can run the job manually by locating it under Settings > Settings and Configuration > System Settings > System Jobs and clicking Run Now.
