Compensation Dashboard

The Compensation dashboard consists of two charts designed to help you analyze your company's expenses on employee compensation: Number of Employees by Salary and Salary Breakdown.

• Number of Employees by Salary that shows the number of employees within salary ranges.
  
  Note

  You can use drop-down lists at the top of the chart to:

  • Filter the data by country, location and/or cost center.
  • Display the data in the currency that is convenient.
• Salary Breakdown that shows the how compensation is distributed between companies, countries, locations, cost centers or org units.

  Use drop-down lists at the top of the chart to:

  • Change the structural units that the chart is built for.
  • Display the data in the currency that is convenient.

Click the  icon to enable or the  icon to disable the high contrast mode, which may be helpful for people with disabilities.
