Local HR can manage employees from the Local HR menu. In particular, Local HR has access to the following:
- Employee database. To access the employee database as Local HR, go to Home > LHR Core HR > Employees, set filters if necessary, and then click View. Information displayed in the employee database for Local HR is filtered by the access settings configured in Local HR settings. From the employee database, Local HR (just like the HR role) can do the following:
- Hire an employee
- Access cards of existing employees where Local HRs can view and edit employee's information, including the following:
- Employee search - Local HR, just local HRs, can search employees using the search box.
