Lanteria HR helps manage company goals, create organizational unit goals based on the company goals, and employee goals based on organizational unit goals. The system also allows tracking organizational unit and employee results for the created goals. Another option the system offers is using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the company's performance.

Goals in Lanteria HR are divided into two categories:

  • Quantitative goals - Goals of this type can be measured by a metric or statistic. A quantitative goal ensures that you have specific, measurable and achievable target.
  • Qualitative goals - Goals of this type are measured by manager’s observation without any statistics or metrics to pull from. A qualitative goal is a business goal that you cannot measure with numbers, such as goals related to professional development.
