Article Summary

The employee salary can be changed individually (through the salary sheet or the employee card by clicking Change Salary) or as a part of the salary review. The salary review round is launched by the HR person, next the managers recommend salary changes for their employees and senior managers approve them.

The employee salary can also be recalculated automatically when the employee's job assignment is changed, and the job assignment changes include at least one of the following changes:

  • A new main position is assigned – the salary will be recalculated to take into account the bonuses of the new main position if necessary.
  • The country is changed – the salary will be recalculated on the basis of the remuneration rules of the employee's new country if necessary.
  • The work pattern is changed – the salary will be recalculated on the basis of the employee's new work pattern if necessary.
  • The FTE is changed – the salary will be recalculated on the basis of the new FTE if necessary.
Note 

For the salary to be recalculated automatically on the basis of the changes in the employee's job assignment, the Salary Processor system job must be enabled.
