SurveyMars is an AI-powered survey platform enabling anyone to intuitively create surveys as easily as chatting.

The SurveyMars integration enables Lanteria HR to connect to an external survey platform to create, manage, and distribute employee surveys directly from the Lanteria interface.

With this integration, HRs can create surveys in SurveyMars and publish them to Lanteria HR, where they become available for assignment to employees or groups of employees based on organizational criteria such as company, department, location, or working group.

Employees can access assigned surveys via email notifications or their personal My Surveys page in Lanteria. Surveys are completed in a secure embedded form, and responses are collected and stored in SurveyMars for analysis and reporting.

The integration supports:

  • Centralized survey management from Lanteria HR

  • Individual and bulk survey assignments

  • Real-time synchronization of survey statuses (Run, Closed, Deleted)

  • Employee notifications and self-service access to surveys

  • Tracking of survey assignments in the My Task History report

This integration enables organizations to streamline internal surveys, collect employee feedback, and manage questionnaires within their standard HR workflows without leaving the Lanteria HR environment.
