Upload E-Learning Materials to Library

Follow these steps to upload an e-learning material to the library:

  1. Go to Learning > Quick actions > Upload E-Learning Material.
  2. In the window that appears, click the Browse button to locate the document or SCORM-compatible e-learning material to be added.
    Note
    The SCORM-compatible courses should be uploaded into Lanteria HR as a .zip file.
  3. Clear the Add as a new version to existing files check box, if the file is not to be added as part of the version history for existing files with the same name.
  4. Enter comments for this file version into the Version Comments field, if needed.
  5. Click OK.
