Employee KPIs

The employee KPIs are based on the organizational unit KPIs. Create the employee KPIs by clicking Add Employee KPI in the KPI library. The employees and managers can then work together to define which KPIs are relevant for the employee and the employee can assign them from the Employee role menu.
