View Status of Mandatory Trainings

Use the Required Training Report to view the status of the required training for employees.
To check which required training is missing for an employee, you can also go to the employee's personal development plan and select the View Missing Mandatory Training check box.
All the required compliance trainings that are not yet added to the development plan will be listed in the plan with the red Missing Mandatory label.
Click the Add to My Plan or the Send Request button to add the required training to the development plan directly or send a request for participation, if needed.
If the training request for the required training has been approved, but the employee is not registered yet for a training event, the missing training will have the status Approved (relevant only if the Training Request Approval Action in set to Approve Only).
