The Compensation dashboard consists of two charts designed to help you analyze your company's expenses on employee compensation: Number of Employees by Salary and Salary Breakdown.
Note
Data in the Compensation dashboard is updated by the Dashboards job that is run overnight. To run the job manually, locate it under Settings > Settings and Configuration > System Settings > System Jobs and click Run Now.

- Number of Employees by Salary that shows the number of employees within salary ranges.NoteYou can use drop-down lists at the top of the chart to:
- Filter the data by country, location and/or cost center.
- Display the data in the currency that is convenient.
- Salary Breakdown that shows the how compensation is distributed between companies, countries, locations, cost centers or org units.
