Competency Framework

In the Lanteria HR Competence section, you can set up the competency framework that will be available to all employees and base the competencies employees will be assessed by on this framework.

To view the competency framework, click Performance > Competence > Competency Framework. 

It consists of the competency areas (in this example HR Skills, Management) and competency groups (Personal Development, Financial Management, etc.). Upon clicking on a particular competency group, all the competencies within that group become visible.
